I just discovered chile amarillo, which I mistakenly used in a pasta salad, thinking it was a young yellow bell pepper. I am pleasantly surprised. Further experimentation is required

Sad to hear about Richard Kiel’s death. He was awesome as “Jaws” in the James Bond films of course, but I will always remember him as “Mr. Larson” in Happy Gilmore! I loved the shirt that he wore in the movie!
